Ultimate Staffing in the Twin Cities is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business in the commercial services space. This field-based role emphasizes prospecting, building relationships, and turning opportunities into service agreements.

You will spend most of your time in the field, meeting decision-makers, developing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, hunt, and win new business.
• Experience selling to Commercial buildings, Manufacturing facilities, or Industrial operations.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, site visits, and relationship building.
• Reconnect with dormant accounts and uncover opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Meet with decision-makers to identify service needs and propose solutions.
• Develop proposals, estimates, and service agreements.
• Spend the majority of your time in the field meeting customers and prospects.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and execution.
