Job summary

Base salary starts at $60,000 per year with an uncapped commission plan averaging $2,000–$5,000 each month. A ramp-up period is provided as you establish your book of business, with comprehensive benefits and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years previous experience in a challenging sales role with a proven track record of success.
• Previous experience in Auto Finance sales and underwriting or dealership experience.
• Sub-prime auto finance experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit 5–10 dealerships daily on average to grow the application count and sign new dealerships.
• Review deals with dealer partners and help structure contracts to fit the program.
• Consult with F&I Managers to maximize profitability for dealerships through UACC products.
