Job summary

Premier Auto Credit is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to own a California territory and drive auto finance deals from the field. Expect to spend about 75% of your time on the road, signing new dealers, nurturing relationships, and expanding our portfolio with uncapped commission potential.

You will work with a supportive team, travel in-state, and leverage underwriting and training support to close deals efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in auto lending, auto finance, or automotive sales.
• Knowledge of auto lending underwriting.
• Strong people skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• You are organized, detail‑m oriented, and problem‑solver.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your territory by signing new dealerships and generating applications.
• Build relationships; be the go‑to person for dealers.
• Structure deals with dealers and underwriting to fit programs.
• Hunt for new business through cold calls, referrals, directories, and field visits.
• Teach dealers about finance products and how to use our portal.
• Hit or exceed sales goals while maintaining a performing portfolio.
• Attend meetings, sales events, and training to stay sharp.
