Job summary

United Auto Credit Corporation is seeking a field-based Sales/Dealer Development role in Virginia. You will visit 5–10 dealerships daily to sign new partners, grow applications, and optimize deals with dealers to fit our program.

You will collaborate with F&I managers, Credit Analysts, and Funders to accelerate approvals and funding while maintaining strong dealer relationships. The position offers a base salary starting at $43,260 per year with an uncapped commission plan, typically resulting

• Willingness to work Saturdays in the field.

Responsibilities

• Visit 5–10 dealerships daily to sign new dealers and grow applications.
• Review deals with dealer partners and help structure to fit the program.
• Consult with F&I managers to maximize profitability for dealerships.
• Coordinate with Credit Analyst and Funder to ensure loan approvals and funding.
• Work with Dealer Compliance to resolve issues within the market.
• Build and maintain dealer relationships and follow up on approved loan applications.
• Provide best-in-class service to dealer customers.
