GEICO is seeking a Field Auto Damage Trainee in the Norristown, PA area. You will inspect vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with body shops and rental companies.

This role emphasizes customer interaction and problem resolution to support our policyholders after accidents. The position requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with comprehensive benefits starting Day 1.

Qualificações

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs is preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred; training and exam fees provided.
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license that meets underwriting guidelines required.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
