Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Field Auto Damage Trainee in Virginia. You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, negotiate settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers. Training occurs at the Ashburn, VA facility with field training in multiple locations.

Role involves heavy customer interaction, resolving concerns, and driving satisfaction. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.

Responsibilities

• Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
