Job summary

GEICO’s Field Auto Damage Trainee role in Downingtown, PA offers hands-on training to assess vehicle damage, write repair estimates, and coordinate with body shops and rental providers. Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• Valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
• Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
