Job summary

GEICO seeks a FieldAuto Damage Trainee to inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements in the Midland/Odessa, TX area. You’ll work with body shops and rental companies while completing a hands-on training program across multiple facilities.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and customer-facing experience; licensing support is provided. Evening/weekend availability is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• Valid driver's license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer interactions: review contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rentals.
