Job summary

GEICO seeks a Field Auto Damage Trainee to support customers after accidents by inspecting vehicle damage, estimating repairs, and negotiating settlements with body shops and rental companies. The role operates in the South Dallas, Waxahachie, Midlothian, Mansfield, and South Fort Worth areas.

This position offers training, licensing support, and a comprehensive benefits package. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with a starting pay of $30.53 per hour ($61,500

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.

• Interact with involved parties, review contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars.
