GEICO is hiring a Field Auto Damage Trainee to support customers after accidents. You will inspect vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.

Starting pay varies by position and location. Benefits include Day 1 health plans, PTO, 13 holidays, 401(k) with 6% match, and tuition assistance. Licensing and field training are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs is a plus.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training/fees provided).
• Valid driver’s license required.
