GEICO is seeking a Field Auto Damage Trainee in Greensboro, NC. You will inspect vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements with body shops and rental companies, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Starting pay is $27.98 per hour ($56,375 yearly) with a $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates. Benefits start Day 1, plus tuition assistance and extensive training at our Ashburn, VA facility and field centers.

Formación

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license that meets underwriting guidelines required.
