Job summary

GEICO is hiring a Field Auto Damage Trainee to assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements. You will work with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers in the Sanford/Benson, NC territory. Licensing and training are provided; relocation not required.

Starting pay is $25.95/hour with benefits starting Day 1, plus 13 holidays and a 6% 401(k) match. The program includes hands-on training at VA/NY centers and field training across locations.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs is a plus.
• Active Adjusters license preferred; training fees provided.
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with involved parties, review contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, manage rental cars.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
