GEICO in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Field Auto Damage Trainee to provide reassurance and solutions after accidents. You will inspect vehicles, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements while partnering with body shops and rental companies.

Opportunities include hands-on experience at our Ashburn, VA training facility and field rotations in NY, TX, CA. Starting salary is $27.98 per hour with comprehensive benefits from Day 1, paid time off, holidays, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs is a plus.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
