Qualifications

• 3–5 years of auto collision estimating experience using CCC or Mitchell.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient written and verbal communication with customers.
• Strong attention to detail for precise estimates.
• Comfortable with technology and various claims platforms.
• Good time management and ability to juggle multiple assignments.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• The Customer Service Expert — demonstrate empathy, clarity, and partnership in each claim.
• The Investigator — review damage and interpret policies to determine coverage.
• The Effective Communicator — use phone, email, and video to guide customers through the claims process.
