Job summary

Allstate Insurance is seeking a Field Auto Appraiser in the Queens, NY area. You will lead on-site estimates, guide customers through the repair or total loss process, and work with body shops and service providers.

The role blends technical estimating, customer service, and hands-on field work in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of auto collision estimating experience with CCC or Mitchell, plus a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient written and verbal communication with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to write precise estimates.
• Comfortable using technology and various claims processing platforms.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• The Investigator—analyze damage, review policies, and determine coverage.
