You will use CCC/Mitchell estimating tools, engage with customers, and negotiate settlements while maintaining thorough documentation in the claims system. Travel is required, and a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with auto collision estimating and CCC/Mitchell estimating tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Ability to manage time and multiple assignments with travel requirements.
• Detail-oriented with precise and comprehensive estimate writing.
• Proficient use of technology and claims processing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation of accurate estimates for auto collision claims.
• Collaborate with body shops and service providers during repairs.
