Qualifications

• 3-5 years of auto collision estimating experience using CCC or Mitchell.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient written and verbal communication with customers.
• Strong attention to detail for precise estimates.
• Comfortable using technology and claims platforms.
• Excellent time management to handle multiple assignments.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• The Customer Service Expert – lead empathetic, clear, and partnered claims handling with customers.
• The Investigator – independently review damage and interpret policies to determine coverage.
• The Effective Communicator – communicate via phone, email, and video to guide the customer through the claims process.
• The Negotiator – evaluate and negotiate settlements with customers, vendors, third parties, and claimants.
• The Problem Solver – use tools like estimate tools and settlement platforms in a fast-paced environment.
• The Recorder – ensure claims are documented accurately and kept in the claims system with attention to detail.
