Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in auto collision estimating (CCC or Mitchell).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a field claims expert, guiding customers through the repair or total loss process.
• Investigate claims with detailed damage reviews and policy interpretation.
• Communicate via phone, email, or video to keep customers informed and supported.
• Negotiate settlements with customers, vendors, carriers and claimants.
