Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. seeks a candidate to perform field assessments and QA/QC inspections of building systems, including Electrical, Mechanical, Fire & Life Safety, and Structural components, across various property types.

This position requires extensive travel to client sites. Responsibilities include on-site data collection, identifying deficiencies, and preparing detailed reports with photographs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years in property condition assessments preferred.
• Travel up to 75% of the time.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly in reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform regional on-site building assessments.
• Collect data using electronic, web-based, or manual methods.
• Identify deficiencies and recommend remediation actions.
• Prepare reports with photos and supporting documentation.
• Communicate results to key stakeholders.
• Follow company safety and travel policies.
