Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a field assessments specialist to perform QA/QC inspections of multiple building systems, including Electrical, Mechanical, Fire & Life Safety, and Structural components.

This role requires extensive travel to client project sites, up to 75% of the time, across commercial, residential, and industrial properties. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years in property condition assessments and experience in MEP trades is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in property condition assessments.
• Experience in MEP trades, home inspections or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Background check: clean driving record with no DUI, DWI, or major violations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication of technical issues to clients.

Responsibilities

• Regional travel to perform on-site physical building assessments.
• Collect and document data using electronic, web-based, or manual methods.
• Identify deficiencies, hazards, or non-compliant issues and recommend remediation actions.
• Prepare proprietary reports with photos and supporting documentation.
• Communicate site visit results to stakeholders.
• Adhere to all company safety standards and travel policy.
