The Automation Partnership (Cambridge) is seeking a Field Application Specialist for our Separation Technologies team in the Greater Boston area. You will translate customer requirements into actionable product and workflow recommendations and support trials, validations and onboarding to drive successful adoption of NFF, TFF and UF/DF solutions.

Ideal candidates bring a life sciences or engineering background with 3+ years in biotech/pharma processes, hands-on filtration and clarification tech,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years in process development, MSAT, or bioprocessing in biotech/biopharma/CDMO environments.
• 1+ year experience with TFF, UF/MF/DF, NFF, viral filtration or clarification technologies; process optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Support evaluations, assessments and technical consultations translating requirements into product/workflow recommendations.
• Design and coordinate trials, validations, and onboarding plans to increase adoption success.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
