Job summary

Elliott Tool Technologies in Dayton, OH is seeking an Applications Specialist to deliver Tier II product and application training and support for external and internal customers. You will solve customer challenges and help drive meaningful outcomes.

You will travel 30–35% to commission equipment, train customers, and provide field warranty support; you will own the Voice of the Customer, grow our beta program, and collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to shape new products.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II product and application training and support.
• Travel to customer sites to commission equipment and train customers.
• Manage VOC cases and drive continuous improvement.
• Grow beta program with Sales.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to develop and test new products.
• Teach and develop training content for Elliott team members and customers.
