You will work with a regional sales team to grow market share and develop customer solutions with consultative selling techniques.

The territory includes several western states, and the role requires remote work with significant travel to customer sites and events. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently from a home office with limited supervision.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Increase annual sales revenue for the cabinet efficiency portfolio with customer accounts.
• Collaborate with local Phoenix Contact sales team on trainings and mutual action plans.
• Serve as the local technical representative for power-related matters.
• Develop and drive sales tools, collateral and campaigns.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide market feedback.
• Meet/exceed territory sales quotas and maintain CRM with accurate data.
• Deliver product presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
• Travel as required within the territory.
