Job summary

Phoenix Contact is seeking a Field Application Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for cabinet efficiency products in the industrial automation sector. You will collaborate with regional sales teams and act as the local technical representative, driving sales growth and market penetration across Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas and Iowa.

The role requires independent work from a home office, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed to support customers and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience in automation and industrial control products.
• Excellent oral and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently from a home office with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory sales revenue across cabinet efficiency products with regional teams.
• Collaborate with local Phoenix Contact sales team on joint activities and campaigns.
• Serve as local technical representative for product questions and power-related topics.
• Develop sales tools, collateral, and campaigns as regional marketing specialist.
• Maintain CRM with accurate client information and provide regular reports to management.
