BioMerieux Inc. seeks a field-based Training and Implementation Specialist to provide technical training, installation support, and consultative services for diagnostic solutions.

You will work independently within established procedures while developing technical expertise and customer relationship management skills. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Service, and Technical Support, as well as delivering education to customers and ensuring successful instrument go-lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Life Sciences, or scientific field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in training, implementation, or diagnostic support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer training, implementation support, and application consultation for diagnostic product lines.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution for routine to moderately complex inquiries.
• Support instrument installations, go-live activities, and workflow optimization at customer sites and remotely.
• Develop and maintain productive customer relationships through responsive support and effective communication.
• Document customer interactions, activities, and resolutions in CRM and quality systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Technical Support to address customer needs and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage assigned territory activities, schedules, and travel within guidelines and budget.
• Support customer retention, utilization, and revenue growth through education and support.
• Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, responsiveness, utilization, and efficiency.
• Perform work in compliance with quality procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
