BioMerieux Inc. seeks a Clinical System Engineer to provide technical support, training, and consultation for diagnostic test systems. You will utilize electrical and mechanical skills to support hardware and solve problems for internal and external customers.

This site-based role includes on-call duties and collaboration with Clinical Applications Specialists across offices, with travel up to 5% domestically. You will promote value-added services and ensure adherence to quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electronic Technology, engineering, or related field; military training accepted.
• 2+ years troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, vacuum, or laser systems.
• Experience resolving customer problems with high satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize customer inquiries and coordinate with specialists and management.
• Provide follow-up to ensure satisfaction and meet KPIs.
• Troubleshoot during installation, operation, and maintenance events.
• Establish ERP certification and learn product procedures.
• Develop networking skills to support connectivity for solutions.
• Participate in on-call 24-hour technical support as needed.
• Contribute to revenue initiatives through value-added services.
• Adhere to quality procedures and company standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
