bioMérieux is seeking a Clinical System Engineer to provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting for diagnostic test systems. You will work with Clinical Applications Specialists and ERP processes, including on-call 24-hour coverage and up to 5% travel to client sites.

You will learn products, develop networking skills, and support implementation of new systems while ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent technical experience in a related field.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, vacuum, laser systems.
• Strong customer-satisfaction focus and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize customer inquiries and coordinate with specialists and management.
• Provide follow-up to ensure satisfaction and meet KPIs.
• Perform on-call 24-hour technical support and troubleshooting.
• Learn products, build networking skills, and assist with implementation.
• Participate in revenue-generating value-added services.
