RepliGen Corporation is seeking a Field Applications Scientist (Downstream Filtration) to act as a technical leader, trusted advisor, and collaborator across Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D. The role focuses on solving bioprocessing challenges, driving adoption of downstream filtration technologies, and shaping product launches with customer success in mind.

Formación

• ~5+ years of downstream bioprocessing, process development, manufacturing, technical support, field applications, or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of tangential flow filtration (TFF) and downstream process development, scale-up/down, tech transfer, and cGMP environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical customer solutions and influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 75% and occasional international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical expert for downstream filtration applications, guiding customers and solving complex bioprocessing challenges.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D to drive adoption and growth of downstream filtration portfolios.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and Voice of Customer activities.
• Develop application data, technical reports, training materials, and customer-facing content.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to accelerate opportunities and remove barriers.
