RepliGen Corporation seeks a Field Applications Scientist, Downstream Filtration, to lead technical support and drive adoption of downstream filtration solutions. You will partner with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver technical demonstrations, customer evaluations, and compelling data supporting product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, chemical engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in downstream bioprocessing, process development, manufacturing, technical support, field applications, or related customer-facing technical role.
• Strong knowledge of tangential flow filtration (TFF), downstream process development, scale-up/down methodologies, tech transfer, and cgmp environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical customer solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence customer decisions through technical leadership, strategic thinking, and customer-focused problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical expert for downstream filtration applications, helping customers optimize processes and adopt new technologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to drive adoption and growth of downstream filtration portfolio through technical presentations, evaluations, demonstrations, and Voice of Customer activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to accelerate opportunities and remove technical barriers.
• Develop application data, technical reports, training materials, and customer-facing content to support portfolio growth and new product launches.
