Job summary

Henkel Adhesives is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support Tissue & Towel, delivering technical service and value through close collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams.

The role involves frequent travel across North America and Mexico, engaging with operators to corporate technical teams, and delivering tailored solutions with a focus on process improvements and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of water-based adhesives in tissue & towel markets.
• 3+ years of industry experience, ideally in personal hygiene.
• Experience with tissue & towel manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site customer visits for technical service, product recommendations, demonstrations, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Develop and communicate value propositions for Henkel solutions.
• Provide high-level support for key accounts and NAMX/global customers.
• Coordinate with Application Center, Analytical Group, Product Development and other internal teams.
• Interact with Operations and Quality teams on process improvements and to ensure products meet customer requirements.
• Build relationships with OEMs/OMMs to access cutting-edge expertise.
• Develop and deliver technical training for customers and internal teams.
• Represent Henkel at internal and external events to reinforce market leadership.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Henkel and regulatory safety, legal, and environmental standards.
