Job summary

Henkel is seeking a technically driven engineer to lead market and application initiatives within Adhesive Technologies in North America. You will guide cross‑functional teams including sales, PM, and product development, and own programs end‑to‑end across regions.

The role emphasizes technical capability development, new applications, and collaboration with global teams to ensure successful launches and compliant safety practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with electronics and engineering principles relevant to adhesives and coatings.
• Familiarity with antennas, EMI shielding and related applications is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Significant technical contributor to market and application initiatives.
• Direct and deploy cross functional team to execute technical strategy at customer.
• Lead technically driven PD and innovation projects for portfolio gaps.
• Own North American sourced projects and coordinate global teams for development and commercialization.
• Provide direct AE support to drive growth.
• Support AE workstreams for key initiatives: Smart Surfaces, Smart Healthcare, Antenna, Energy Storage.
