Henkel in the United States seeks an on-site technical service professional for Adhesive Technologies. You’ll provide routine service at defined customer accounts, manage inventory data and support forecasting and material orders.

Education: BS/BA in engineering or business; manufacturing sales/service experience preferred. This is an on-site role with 7 AM–4 PM, Monday–Friday, plus occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering or business; chemistry background preferred.
• Manufacturing experience with significant experience in a sales/service function, preferably at a customer site location.
• Strong work ethic and excellent customer relationship skills.
• Strong communication skills both internally and externally.
• Strong problem resolution and technical leadership skills.
• This is an on-site role that will require you to work 7AM to 4PM Monday-Friday.
• Occasional work on weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provides on-site routine technical service at defined customer account
• Performs inventory management., manages / records / maintains all related consumption data at customer processes / lines
• Supports forecasting and supply process (material order) where applicable
• Maintains quality / efficiency level of products and escalates technical challenges to Application Engineering
• Acts as first-window-person between customer line and field sales
• Aligns sales strategies with sustainability goals
• Develops customer centric initiatives to enhance loyalty and long-term partnershipImplements customer feedback (VOC) to refine sales approaches
• Monitors competitor activities , pricing. positioning
