Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Field Application Engineer for the Tissue & Towel business within Henkel Adhesives Technologies. You will deliver on-site technical service, design tailored solutions, and collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams across North America.

Frequent travel and engagement with operators to corporate procurement will define the role. You’ll work with equipment manufacturers, deliver technical training, and help drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline is required.
Knowledge of water-based adhesives in tissue & towel markets is preferred.
3+ years of industry experience, ideally in personal hygiene.
Experience with tissue & towel manufacturing equipment is a plus.
English communication skills required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site customer visits for technical service and product recommendations.
Develop and communicate value propositions for Henkel solutions.
Provide high-level support for key accounts and N AMX/global customers.
Coordinate with internal teams (Application Center, Analytical Group, Product Development).
Interact with Operations and Quality teams on process improvements.
Deliver technical training for customers and internal teams.
Represent Henkel at events to reinforce market leadership.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal and environmental standards.
