Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical engineering field is preferred.
• Strong technical and cross-disciplinary aptitude.
• Experience with adhesives, coatings, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Significant technical contributor to market and application initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute technical strategy for launches, complaints, and new applications.
• Drive PD and innovation projects to address portfolio gaps with KPI applications.
• Develop technical capability standards for new markets and applications.
• Own North American sourced projects and coordinate global commercialization.
