Job summary

Henkel in the United States is seeking a technically driven leader to advance adhesive technologies. You will direct cross-functional teams on technical strategy, launches, and new applications, while owning North American projects and coordinating global teams for regional development.

The role includes maintaining lab equipment and delivering AE support to grow key accounts. Travel up to 50% domestically and collaboration with sales, product development, and operations will be core.

Qualifications

Technical Masters degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical strategy.
Experience in applications engineering and lab environment.
Familiarity with antennas, shielding, adhesives or functional coatings is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.

Responsibilities

Lead and deploy cross functional teams to execute technical strategy with customers.
Own North American projects and coordinate global teams for development.
Provide direct AE support to drive growth and address unmet needs.
Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and safety protocols.
Support product development projects in key initiatives and launches.
Coach and train new AE team members and regional resources.
