Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales role within the network video or physical security markets.
• Certified Security Product Professional (e.g., Hanwha WAVE, Genetec, Milestone) is preferred.
• Strong technical acumen with ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with system design, product testing, and proof of concept development for complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all pre-sales activities within the territory, collaborating with sales teams to support end-user opportunities from a technical perspective.
• Execute comprehensive system designs including site surveys, equipment placement, BOM creation, schematic drawings, and third-party product integration.
• Serve as the first-line technical resource for key accounts, demonstrating Hanwha Vision’s video products to integrators, consultants, engineers, and end users.
• Conduct technology and customer-specific training sessions and provide sales presentations to key stakeholders.
• Work across multiple departments to meet performance goals and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist with technical escalations and provide feedback to the technical support team.
• Represent Hanwha Vision America at industry trade shows and events; provide weekly updates on sales activities.
• Travel up to 70% regionally and nationally.
