Job summary

Hanwha Vision America is seeking a Field Application Engineer to provide technical pre-sales support, lead system designs, and train installation teams across the region. Travel up to 70% to meet customers, integrators, and end users with demonstrations and BOM reviews.

You will collaborate with sales, engineers, and support to translate complex security solutions into clear proposals, review specifications and RFPs, and represent Hanwha Vision at industry events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales role, preferably in network video or physical security
• Strong ability to articulate complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with system design, product testing, and proof of concept development

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities within the territory in collaboration with sales teams
• Execute comprehensive system designs including site surveys, BOMs, and third-party integration
• Serve as the first-line technical resource for key accounts and perform training/demos
