Requirements include a BS in engineering, 3+ years in robotics support, ROS familiarity, and strong English skills. Travel to customer sites is expected, with close collaboration with sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support and testing for robots or intelligent mobile terminals.
• Familiar with ROS technology and robot architectures.
• Good troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation skills.

• Provide on-site and remote installation, software deployment, calibration, and operation support for mobile robot equipment.
• Maintain customer relationships and deliver after-sales technical services, including remote guidance or on-site repairs.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve user experience.
• Collect market feedback and report to aid product design and functions.
• Accompany the sales team to visit potential customers and provide on-site technical support.
• Write and update user manuals, installation guides, and FAQ databases; train customers and partners.

Based on self-developed chips, the company has launched a series of automotive-grade high-precision positioning chips, modules, and complete products featuring full-system, full-frequency, and high-performance capabilities, and provides high-precision positioning and integrated navigation solutions based on multi-sensor fusion. One of their technology applications is to build a series of golf ball range robotics to help operators reduce labor, improve safety, and automate daily range maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for the installation, software deployment, calibration, and operation of mobile robot equipment;
• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales technical services to customers, including remote guidance or on-site repairs;
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal company channels to resolve any issues during product use and enhance the overall customer experience;
• Collect and report market information and user feedback to assist in improving product design and functions;
• Accompany the sales team to visit potential customers and provide on-site technical support;
• Write and continuously update user manuals, installation guides, and FAQ databases; provide technical training to customers, dealers, and agents; work closely with sales and marketing teams during exhibitions, demonstrations, and customer visits; regularly perform equipment maintenance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in science and engineering such as Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Communications, Robotics Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, etc.;
• 3 years or more of experience in technical support and testing for robots / intelligent mobile terminal related products; those who have led the delivery of outdoor intelligent robot products are preferred
• Familiar with robot technical architecture and basic principles; familiarity with ROS technology is preferred;
• Proficient in basic communication principles such as serial ports / networks, mechanical principles, and electrical principles; possess strong technical troubleshooting and analysis capabilities.
• Possess certain documentation skills, have produced standard documents (such as test reports and related templates), and be able to independently write high-quality technical documents;
• Possess good communication and coordination skills, stress resistance, and customer service awareness; strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation; able to accept frequent travel;
• Possess good English written and oral skills.
• Possess channel sales experience in golf equipment brands (such as Toro, John Deere Golf, Jacobsen, Club Car).
