Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in technical support and testing for robots / intelligent mobile terminals.
• Familiarity with ROS preferred; strong technical documentation skills and ability to write high-quality docs.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for installation, deployment, calibration, and operation of mobile robot equipment.
• Maintain relationships and deliver after-sales technical services including remote guidance or on-site repairs.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
