Job summary

HRBS Global is seeking a hands-on Technical Support Engineer to install, calibrate, and maintain robotic systems for customers in the United States. The role includes on-site and remote work, collaborating with engineering and sales to ensure smooth deployments and rapid issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has a STEM Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in robot tech support, with ROS knowledge, strong documentation skills, and willingness to travel for site visits and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required.
• 3+ years in technical support and testing for robots / intelligent mobile terminals.
• Experience delivering outdoor intelligent robot products preferred.
• Familiar with robot architecture and basic principles.
• Familiarity with ROS technology preferred.
• Strong communication on serial ports, networks, mechanical and electrical principles.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to write high-quality technical documents and reports.
• Good communication, coordination skills and customer service mindset.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong English written and spoken skills.
• Channel sales experience in golf equipment brands and a driver's license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for installation, deployment, calibration, and operation of mobile robot equipment.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales technical services, including remote guidance or on-site repairs.
• Liaise between customers and internal channels to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
• Collect and report market information and user feedback to aid product improvements.
• Assist the sales team during visits and demonstrations with on-site support.
• Create and update user manuals, installation guides, and FAQ databases.
• Provide technical training to customers, dealers, and agents.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing during exhibitions and customer visits.
• Regularly perform equipment maintenance.
