Job summary

Brickstech in Dallas is seeking a Field Application Engineer I to support golf-range robotics. You will provide on-site and remote installation, calibration, and operation support for mobile robot equipment.

The role requires a BS in engineering and 3+ years in robotics tech support, plus strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer communication skills. Travel is expected in a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in STEM fields.
3+ years in technical support and testing for robotics products.
Familiar with robot architecture; ROS preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to produce high-quality technical documents.
Good communication, willing to travel frequently.
Channel sales experience in golf brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote support for installation, deployment, calibration, and operation of mobile robot equipment.
Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales technical services, including remote guidance or on-site repairs.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve experience.
Collect market information and user feedback to inform product design.
Accompany sales to visits and provide on-site technical support.
Write and update user manuals, installation guides, FAQ databases; train customers and dealers; assist exhibitions and maintenance.
