Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science/engineering.
• 3+ years in technical support and testing for robots or intelligent mobile devices.
• Familiar with robot architecture; ROS preferred.
• Proficient in serial ports, networks, mechanical and electrical principles.
• Ability to write high-quality technical documents.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong English written and oral skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for mobile robot equipment installation and operation.
• Maintain customer relationships and post-sales service.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Collect market data and user feedback to inform product improvements.
• Assist sales by providing on-site technical support during visits.
• Write user manuals and training materials; support at exhibitions and demonstrations.
