Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an Associate Director, Field Analytics to drive secondary data analytics informing business strategy and field optimization for successful commercialization of BeOne products.

The role collaborates with Commercial Analytics and cross-functional teams to develop data-driven targeting, field force sizing, and call plans, while advancing dashboards, KPIs, and territory alignment.

Qualifications

BA/BS with 8+ years progressive experience in consulting and commercial analytics and/or sales operations.
Biotech or pharmaceutical experience required.
Oncology experience preferred, with hematology strongly preferred.
Hands on, in-depth understanding of secondary data sources (e.g., syndicated sales, longitudinal patient-level data, payer data).
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Demonstrated attention to detail and excellence in project management.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop data driven targeting of entities including accounts, health systems, and physicians.
Conduct and manage all field force targeting, sizing, and structural analyses.
Drive development of field force call plan and integrate into CRM/SFA systems.
Partner cross-functionally to establish benchmarks and KPIs for product and marketing initiatives.
Determine territory alignments to assure adequate coverage of key accounts; provide ongoing analysis for additional territories.
Support the development and administration of the field incentive compensation program.
Provide ad hoc analyses to support senior management and internal stakeholders.
Design and enhance SalesOps systems: CRM, dashboards, and BI tools.
Update Salesforce dashboards; weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to senior management.
Identify key business issues and align teams on objectives and recommendations.
Identify external partners while considering resources and goals.
Integrate secondary research findings with other analytics (primary research, forecasting).
Communicate insights to cross-functional partners and leadership.
