Job summary

Brinks Home is seeking a hands-on Alarm Service Technician to install, service, and inspect low-voltage security equipment at customer sites across the Phoenix area. You will diagnose issues, replace components, and demonstrate system operation to customers.

Candidate must be comfortable climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, and driving between visits. A valid driver’s license and low-voltage/NICET I certification are required, with a commitment to safety and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Experience with operating alarm systems and panels.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
• Low-voltage license or alarm installation certification.
• NICET I certification.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to install, service, and inspect security equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose alarm-system issues.
• Replace components such as panels and peripherals as needed.
• Conduct customer education and system demonstrations.
• Perform site walkthroughs to ensure customer needs are met.
• Test equipment operation and verify signal integrity.
• Maintain safety practices and keep job site organized.
