Job summary

Brinks Home is seeking an Alarm Service Technician to install, service, and inspect low-voltage security equipment at customer sites. The role involves driving to homes, troubleshooting issues, and educating customers on system operation.

A strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction is required. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid license, and knowledge of alarm panels, with NICET I or equivalent certification preferred.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Experience with alarm systems and low-voltage installations.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and inspect low-voltage electronic security equipment at customer sites.
• Drive to customer homes to perform service and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in alarm systems.
• Educate customers on system operation and provide demonstrations.
