Brinks Home is seeking an Alarm Service Technician to install, service, and inspect low-voltage security equipment across customer sites. The role emphasizes hands-on work, customer education, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

The position requires climbing, lifting up to 30 pounds, and travel between sites. A valid driver’s license, low-voltage certification, and NICET I are preferred along with a commitment to safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Low-voltage license or alarm installation certification.
• NICET I.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to install, service, and inspect low‑voltage security equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose alarms system issues and replace components as needed.
• Drive to customer homes and perform service with occasional lifting up to 30 pounds and climbing.
• Provide customer education and system demonstrations; review work orders with customers.
