Job summary

Brinks Home is seeking a hands-on Alarm Service Technician to install, service, and inspect low-voltage security equipment across customer sites in Florida. You will troubleshoot, replace components, and demonstrate system operation to customers while maintaining safety and organization on every job.

The role requires climbing, lifting up to 30 pounds, and travel to customer homes. A valid driver’s license and NICET I are required or preferred, with a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• NICET I certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and inspect low-voltage security equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and replace system components as needed.
• Demonstrate system operation to customers and provide training.
• Perform site evaluations to ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain safety practices and keep jobsites clean and organized.
• Travel to customer homes to perform service and inspections.
