Brinks Home is seeking an Alarm Service Technician to install, service, and inspect low-voltage security equipment at customer sites across the region. You will troubleshoot issues, replace components, and verify proper operation while delivering excellent customer service.

This hands-on role includes customer demonstrations, safety practices, and maintaining an organized job site. A valid license and NICET I help accelerate opportunities with Brinks Home.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Low-voltage/alarm installation certification or NICET I preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and inspect low-voltage electronic security equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and replace system components as needed; test operations and signal verification.
• Conduct customer walkthroughs and provide demonstrations; ensure customer satisfaction.
