Job summary

Axon seeks an experienced builder-customer success professional to own the full lifecycle of agency outcomes. You’ll design, build, and deploy AI-enabled workflows and integrations onsite, ensuring adoption, optimization, and measurable mission impact within public safety environments.

You will maintain a strong cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, and Sales, driving proactive outcome design and field intelligence to influence roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or operational transformation (8+ years).
• Proven builder: shipped automations, agents, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate into buildable, compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Build and ship AI-powered workflows and data tools on Axon's platform, with real users and real data.
• Own outcomes end-to-end across deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success at the agency.
