Job summary

Axon is seeking an on-site builder to own the full lifecycle of customer outcomes within strategic agencies. You will design, build, and ship platform capabilities across DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records, and related systems, with a focus on adoption and measurable mission impact.

In this role you maintain a strong CJIS compliance posture, engage with agency leadership, and drive field deployments from discovery through to production, balancing speed with reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployment environments (8+ years typical).
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required.
• Proven builder: shipped automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Discover agency problems onsite and translate them into buildable, compliant solutions tied to mission outcomes.
• Design and ship working tools on Axon's platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Build with Axon products, not around them—configure, integrate, and extend DEMS, Fusus, AI Era, Records and related systems.
